Terms

These terms cover your use of Vibestash at vibestash.fyi, its connector and its API. Making a vault means you accept them. The privacy notice explains how your data is handled.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 and to give a real email address. Keep your password and access tokens to yourself; anything done with them counts as done by you. Apps you connect act with the access you grant them, and you can disconnect them on the You page at any time.

Your ideas stay yours

Everything you put in the vault remains yours. You allow Vibestash to store, process and send it to the providers in the privacy notice only as needed to run the service for you. Nothing you save is shown to other people or used to train AI models.

Fair use

• Don’t use Vibestash for anything unlawful, or to store material you have no right to.
• Don’t try to reach other people’s vaults, get around limits, probe for weaknesses without permission, or overload the service.
• Don’t resell access, or run automated sign-ups.

AI output is a starting point

Scores, assumptions, briefs and research reports are produced with AI and public web pages. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they are not financial, legal or business advice. Check what matters before you rely on it.

Prices

The vault, connectors, scoring and everything else on the pricing list are free. Deep research reports run by Vibestash are paid per report. Payments are handled by Paddle, which sells the reports as the merchant of record, so its buyer terms also apply and its receipt is your invoice. You see the price, tax included, before you pay. A report that fails is not counted, and a report you bought but haven’t run is refunded if you ask at hello@vibestash.fyi within 14 days. A free feature won’t become paid without notice by email first.

The service

Vibestash is offered as it is and is still young. It aims to be available and to keep your data safe, but can’t promise it will always be up or free of faults; export your vault now and then. Features may change. If Vibestash ever closes, account holders will get at least 30 days’ notice to export their data.

Ending

You can delete your vault at any time from the You page. An account that breaks these terms may be suspended or closed; unless the problem is serious or unlawful, you will be told first and given time to export your data.

Liability

Vibestash is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made from its output. For anything else, its total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or €50 if that is more. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, account holders get an email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Questions: hello@vibestash.fyi.
